He was eager to work with us and was knowledgeable about the products and services. After working with Igor over the phone, we made an 8-hour drive from Missouri to purchase our vehicle. He made the entire buying experience easy and fun. We also completed our purchase with Nicholas Markoff and Mike Donohue. These gentlemen understood our needs and worked very hard to help us pull away in our first BMW. As we left, I told all three of these professionals that we hope to return to this dealership for our next purchase. While we could have purchased a similar car at a dealership 5 minutes from our house, Igor and the group at BMW North earned our trust and business and made it well worth our time to travel across 4 states for this purchase.
