I dropped the car off for an oil change. The mechanic found more items to be addressed. I tried to reply to the text, but it wouldn't let me complete my approval. Dropped car off, shuttle took me home. Received call that parts were not available and could pick up car with cashier. Texted Tyler. Called back. No answer. Left message with scheduler. When I showed up for my appointment, Tyler took care of me. He was very professional and friendly, and I was relieved that my coupon was accepted as I expected it to be. Services are overpriced. I can't afford to pay that much for a vehicle that was built and sold with a bad engine. I will be selling my car ASAP because of that.
