EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT EVERY LEVEL I traded my beloved car in on a new truck which was a little emotional for me. I went to Bommarito because my father used to buy my Mother a new Olds I traded my beloved car in on a new truck which was a little emotional for me. I went to Bommarito because my father used to buy my Mother a new Oldsmobile every two years from Frank Bommorito back in the 80's and 90's. Anyways, sales experience was wonderful. No pressure, very fair regarding purchase of new and amount given for my trade. Staff from sales (Sonny), finance (Tyler), and parts department (Johnathan) are all extremely easy to talk to and extremely pleasant to do business with. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and would definitely do business with this group again. More

Adam took care of us during the Internet e-mail I sent. He loaded our information in the computer on the Highlander that we purchased. After the internet information loaded, Adam disappeared. Good job. Sonny talked to me on the phone to nail down the purchase. Good job. After we arrived Bommarito Dealership Sonny net us outside at 1330 hours. He had the keys to the 2 highlanders that we discussed on the phone. We already knew thought we wanted the silver Highlander. We drove it and we said yes. We went back to the dealership and told Sonny let’s get the paper work done. The paper work was completed around 1400 hours. I went out to look at the Highlander to inspect the outside for any scratches, railroad dust, and etc.... I just started looking at the paint on right rear quarter panel when I found several spots of that would not run off. Sonny got the Clean up person to come up so I could show him. He cleaned this areas that I showed him and brought it back up. Then I started looking at it again and found a 3” scratch that had rusty color on the right rear bumper and scratches on both front bumper corners. Why didn’t Sonny walk around with me or walk around the vehicle before I inspected the vehicle??? After the paper work was completed we had to go look for Sonny to get anything done. He had his sale done and move on from us. This was the worst sales customer service we have ever had!!! We have bought many new vehicles every 3 to 4 years. Anyway, finally got into the Finance Department to get the finance paper work done. The Finance are Awesome!! Angie found one issue on the paper work that Sonny completed. He our Trade in for $10,000 and it was suppose to be for $24,000. Also, he our owe down for $24,000 and it was estimated for $10,000. That changed the whole loan values across the financing. Anyway, Angie is Totally Awesome!!! I asked Sonny as we were walking out if I could get a Toyota mug or hat since we bought a new vehicle and he just looked at me and said “No”. There were 2 other salesmen asked us if we needed anything since we were waiting from 1400 to 1630 hours to get our financing setup. One Salesman was in his day off and he was setting at the table on the right as soon as you walk in the south door. The other Salesman desk sits in-line with the hallway to Financing. So the purchase experience went from good to setup viewing of vehicle, to Bad after initial paper work was completed, to Totally Awesome in the Finance Department (Angie). More
