I didn't want to feel like i was being sold a car i wanted to feel like the salesman was helping me get the car I WANTED rather than what the salesman wanted me to have. The model/trim i wanted was in high demand so i wasn't able find exactly what i wanted right away, but Craig stayed on top of the new deliveries to the dealership and emailed/texted/called whenever a new one came in that fit my criteria. Craig is the epitome of a great salesman. You can tell when someone is an expert at their job. Craig wasn't just spending 100% of his time with me he was juggling 3 or 4 other customers making sure each of them were being taken care of without making them feel left out. To put the icing on the cake, when we were transferring items between my trade-in and new car Craig noticed as he was multi-tasking talking to my fiance i was inspecting part of the seat where some extra cleaner had been sprayed. Without hesitation Craig spoke up and said he would clean that up right away and went in to get the wipe and cleaning solution. Overall, i felt like Craig was assisting me find what i wanted rather than selling me something which is exactly how i should feel leaving the dealership. Great experience 10/10 would recommend. More

We have bought from Bommarito in the past so we knew what to expect and we like dealing with a dealership of this size. I feel a sense of comfort knowing they go through used cars pretty well before selling and I guess I trust that process with this size dealership more than a corner lot guy who may skimp to make the car right. Just my impression. We also needed an older used car for our business and Tesha found one pretty quickly and we bought that one as well so 2 cars in about 3 weeks and so far so good. They touched them up, but didn't do a lot of repairs on the second one and the pricing was pretty firm but again, their pricing is pretty fair up front so while I would have liked to talk down the listing price a little more or get a couple things fixed but I understand their pricing model. All in all, happy with our purchases and happy with Tesha. More
