Tyler is the Service Manager here at Walter's Automotive and he is the guy that keeps the service department running so smoothly. Tyler works long days to keep things in order so your service experience here at Walter's Automotive is the best it can be. When he does occasionally sneak away he enjoys spending his time off with family and friends. Some of his favorite things to do are wake-boarding, off-roading, vacationing in tropical climates like Hawaii and Mexico and following the Angels and San Diego Chargers. At heart he is a car guy and his favorite Mercedes-Benz is the CLS63 AMG. Say hello to Tyler next time you stop in for service.

E What A great day I had at Walter's Mercedes-Benz! My new GLK 350 is a pleasure to drive and my experience at this dealership was also a pleasure!! Every employee who I talked with was professional and caring--and sincere in their efforts to satisfy me as a customer. Rick Akigbe showed me several models that he thought would be to my liking and in my price range. He was very helpful and patient during the test drives. Walter's purchase price was reasonable for each car. I loved the GLK and was presented with an offer that "I couldn't refuse!" All of the paperwork was completed within a short period of time by Jacqueline Nasser, Sales and Leasing Consultant. She was quite knowledgeable about the GLK and answered all of my technical questions. Ray Burke was instrumental in getting me the best deal possible which I very much appreciated. Ari Abdolhosseini handled the finance and leasing agreements--all done quickly and professionally. I was introduced to the service manager, Tyler Usary. He made me feel comfortable about my first maintenance appointment. This car is my first Mercedes-Benz and, so far, what an outstanding purchase! I even met Walter Kienle, the owner. Wow--how often does one meet the owner of a car dealership?!! It was a pleasure to meet him. I even enjoyed being in the waiting room--great coffee, fruit, and my favorite, scones! Service I purchased a new GLK 350 a couple of weeks ago. I made an appointment because I thought I may have had a break leak. I got an appointment right awa I purchased a new GLK 350 a couple of weeks ago. I made an appointment because I thought I may have had a break leak. I got an appointment right away!! Everything was checked out and all was fine!! I had my all my tires checked and my front license plate attached during this same visit. Everything was done right away. All members of the service team were professional and a pleasure to work with. My Service Advisor was Mark Espinoza. He was very personable and professional. Christian brought me my car--super clean and ready to go!! Thanks again for a great experience at Walter's!! Cynthia W. More

I have a Sprinter van I use for my business. Recently I had it serviced at Walters when I arrived to pick it up the mechanics had mistakenly left some the plastic trim detached from the van where they were had it serviced at Walters when I arrived to pick it up the mechanics had mistakenly left some the plastic trim detached from the van where they were working on an electrical issue. I was very upset because I had a tight schedule and needed to go. I complained to the manager, Chris, he immediately had the problem fixed and assigned Tyler as my service representative. Because of the inconvenience Chris provided me with several free services that the van was due for as well as a " loaner" vehicle for me to use in the mean time. Tyler coordinated the service and was very responsive to my needs and schedule. Although I had somewhat of a negative experience Chris and Tyler totally restored my faith in the service department. They never once had a bad attitude when I complained about the problem. They stayed positive and worked on a solution rather than making excuses. I own a service related business and this type of attitude is exactly what I expect from my employees. Walter is fortunate to have such great people working in the service department. More
