From the time I was greeted by Scott unti I want to share to my experience with Koons Toyota. What more can I say then they found a customer for life. From the time I was greeted by Scott until the time I left, I felt like I was talking to a close friend or a family member. I did my research on the car I was interested in and found that Koons did have the best price. I tried to buy the same car from another dealership that is actually closer to my home but after visiting I discovered some hidden fees that I wasn't aware of that ended up raising the price by over $750. I don't mind driving a little further for good service and boy did I make a great choice. A special shout out to Tyrone the gentleman who set up my interest rates and payments. Anyone who is looking for a car needs to stop in and see these folks. You won't regret it. Thanks again for everything. More

Bait and Switch I thought that I'd had a great experience until I received all of my signed documents in the mail after two weeks. When I reviewed the documents I no I thought that I'd had a great experience until I received all of my signed documents in the mail after two weeks. When I reviewed the documents I noticed that I was charged for a service warranty, that I was told would be free, and Lo jack that was also suppose to be free. I purchased a BMW and put a substantial amount of money down as a down payment on this car. This was my second visit to this dealership only because the finance manager told me that he had a great deal for me. If I had known that this would happen to me I would have never step foot in that dealership a second time!!!!! I will be contacting the BBB next. More
