Poor customer service. I was charged a diagnosis service fee, and then advised that Chevrolet did not do any engine work on a 2012 vehicle. Prior to leaving my vehicle for I was charged a diagnosis service fee, and then advised that Chevrolet did not do any engine work on a 2012 vehicle. Prior to leaving my vehicle for service, I advised the service department of the issues I was having with my vehicle. They were aware that this would require them to work on the engine to fix the problem and that it was a 2012 Chevrolet. More
