I was pulling my camper from Louisiana, heading to Disney when I had diesel truck issues that required me to stop due to upcoming reduced speed mode about to kick in. Went to Davis Gainsville and told them t when I had diesel truck issues that required me to stop due to upcoming reduced speed mode about to kick in. Went to Davis Gainsville and told them the situation and they were able to take my truck and complete the repair and get me back on the road quickly. They were very responsive to the fact I was on vacation and assured me they would take care of the problem. Excellent work. Me and my family than you! More

I absolutely dread going to this dealership, but it’s the only Mazda dealer in town… Tyson is the person I always deal with and I can always count on him to try and get me to spend $1000 on maintenance I pro only Mazda dealer in town… Tyson is the person I always deal with and I can always count on him to try and get me to spend $1000 on maintenance I probably don’t need. He charged me $200 for a software update that I later found out I could have done for free to fix a “problem” that it didn’t fix… I personally have no issues with the service technicians, but if they say there might be an issue somewhere, but then say they won’t do a diagnostic unless I physically pay for it first? That’s kind of ridiculous, don’t you think? I can’t wait to sell my Mazda so I can avoid this place like the plague. More
