Wish I had the name of the first young man that greeted me because he was very quick and pleasant. Not surprising as everyone at this location is always very nice. I was checked in by Ue Vang, who was also very nice, but politely declined to give me the coupon price advertised because I did not have the printed coupon. I do not have a printer, but thought it should be easy enough to check considering that the messaged price was sent to me by Subaru and was the reason I came in for an oil change at this time. The price of service discrepancy is the only reason I did not give this service call top rating. More

Amazing service from Great people! I went through the express service lane to get an oil change. Once I got there, I was paired with Ue Vang and I told him about 5 other things that wer I went through the express service lane to get an oil change. Once I got there, I was paired with Ue Vang and I told him about 5 other things that were wrong with my car, from my car vents to my headlight issues. He was very patient and took the time to explain each one to me. What he didn't know, he said he would look into and get back to me. Even though all of the other issues would require a separate appointment, Ue said he would have his team look into them so they could at least inform me of he problem. Within 1 hour, they were done with my car and addressed everything with me at check-out. Peng, who handled check-out was very informative and thorough. I've always had great service here and I don't think I'll go anywhere else! More

Failed Battery I went to have a light bulb changed, and an oil change. I was able to drive right up, and was served right away. Upon exit, I reviewed a multi-point I went to have a light bulb changed, and an oil change. I was able to drive right up, and was served right away. Upon exit, I reviewed a multi-point inspection. For battery status, it said that the battery failed, and that I would need a new battery really soon. I took my car to a local mechanic who ran a diagnostic on the battery. It checked out on all measures. My car has been sitting outside, parked, for several days. It has gotten pretty cold, yet, my battery started up the car with no problems. I am confused and concerned that I was told that I would need a battery right away when it tests out well, and seems to be working in the real world. More
