Disappointed When I ask the agent about my 15% Costco Membership discount I was discouraged by saying it is not much help only about $4 or something like that and When I ask the agent about my 15% Costco Membership discount I was discouraged by saying it is not much help only about $4 or something like that and also I wait longer than I was expected. Not sure how I saw couple of people of customers who checked in after I was done before mine was done. More

Oil Change I came in for the second oil change on my new vehicle. Everything was done quickly. They were unable to wash my car & did not vacuum or clean my floor I came in for the second oil change on my new vehicle. Everything was done quickly. They were unable to wash my car & did not vacuum or clean my floor mats. I have a service plan, so oil change was supposed to be no charge. I told the associate this at the beginning because financing had warned me that service may not remember and try to charge me. Sure enough, as I was leaving, the bill was charged to me & I had to remind them again to remove the charge, as I'm already paying $800 per year for the service fee. It's frustrating that I'm paying so much for service fees on a brand new vehicle & there isn't a system in their accounting/billing/xxx software to catch so that I won't be charged for services. Ue did change it once I requested the second time, however it was an additional hassle that slowed down my service. I wish this process was a little smoother. More
