Ulysses called me about a used SUV that had just come in. I went in to drive it. I like the vehicle but because it was used, it did not have the 10 year warranty that I wanted. He took me to the extra lot that you have to show me a new one that he thought I would like. It was not there but the one I finally bought was there. I really like it. Ulysses was great to work with. He is a real asset to your dealership. He just doesn't give up. The price was more than I really want to pay and I think my friends think I could have gotten a better price with better negotiating skills. But all in all, I have a very good experience and I would recommend your dealership. More
