Hi there and thanks for your response. However I think you are glancing over the most frustrating part of all this. I believe the damage was caused by the service people one of the times it was brought there. Again, not sure if a camera would catch it since it most likely happened while taking the grill off or putting it back on. but how else could it have happened? I purchased the extended warranty because there’s no way I’d work on it to fix it myself for anything so I didn’t do it. I can appreciate you taking responsibility for the communication but I’m only in this situation due to the damage and no one has taken responsibility for that. Either through carfax or GM I’m sure you can use the VIN to verify any services that have been performed on it. That’s what should be investigated. I appreciate the time you’re taking to make this right but at this point I’ve lost so much money and the only thing that can start repairing my trust is taking responsibility about the damage. Until then every day it’s delayed adds to the frustration that already exists. Thanks again for your response.
