I've been coming to Emich nearing two decades and have honestly been frustrated at times, but through it all, the delivery of service and goods has always been top notch. Emich Chevrolet during every contact has been stellar in making sure I've been satisfied and it's not just a saying there, the customer does in fact come first. I just wish they sold GMC also, then I wouldn't have had to deal with the dealership I was so unfortunate to find. BUT Joe has made my life so much easier being able to offer compete assistance and intervening in warranty issues and Emich is now a lifelong friend and I will always be going there. More
