Brought my 2019 jeep overland lease in because there was an oil stain on engine block. They said it was hoses leaking going to engine and radiator leak. Powertrain warranty is 50k I have 36k they said if I an oil stain on engine block. They said it was hoses leaking going to engine and radiator leak. Powertrain warranty is 50k I have 36k they said if I speak to the sales manager for a new lease they might be able to get it under power train warranty. I spoke to the sales manager and then he said he had to get back to me. Hours later without a car I call Christian the service guy back and he said he has to hear from sales guy if I'm gonna work with him on new jeep. Frigid sales pitch to get a new jeep when I need my car fixed.... I said I don't have time and need my car asap for work. So I picked it up unfixed and they charged $180 diagnostic fee. No solution just bs. More
