We found this a great place to buy a car. We had been tracking inventory levels across the country and saw that a car in which we interested had been allocated to Honda an Grand. I contacte We had been tracking inventory levels across the country and saw that a car in which we interested had been allocated to Honda an Grand. I contacted the dealership via a web inquiry and Vince responded via an initial email. He gave us a VIN number, quoted us a discounted price and provided a rough delivery estimate. There were no games, no markups and we made a deposit over the phone. Two weeks later, the car arrived. We came to finalize the transaction. No games or funny business. The sale was straight-forward and easy. The finance guy did try to sell us an extended warranty, but we declined and that was the end of that. We were in and out of the dealer in an hour. Vince was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. We had encountered many Honda dealers in our vehicle search and nearly all were trying to markup the price, insist on dealer add-ons and make the process difficult. Before the transaction at Honda on Grand, we had made a deposit on the same type of vehicle at another dealer that promised they could find one. We jumped through a dozen hoops just to make the deposit. In fact, it took longer to make the deposit than it did to complete the sale at Honda on Grand. Honda on Grand may not have the fanciest showroom or may not be the largest dealer in the area, but they made it easy to purchase a vehicle. Experience tells us that buying a car is never a stress-free experience. Vince at Honda on Grand demonstrated it is possible. I highly recommend checking out Honda on Grand. More
