I wasn't listened to as a customer. I brought my truck in knowing that the oil was barely on the dip stick. I mentioned to Vincent that when I got my truck back oil was half way up the I brought my truck in knowing that the oil was barely on the dip stick. I mentioned to Vincent that when I got my truck back oil was half way up the dip stick. I asked if oil was added and I was told no. I am well aware where the oil was on the dip stick was and I know that the dealership was being dishonest. This is unacceptable. More

Myntruck was there for 3 months. I was lied to so many times I was told my truck was being worked on when it wasn't. I was told only the head mechanic could work on my truck.
