I bought my car in because the tire monitor light was on, still on $3,400 later, I order a part for my console. Have been waiting on it for 3 months the first one came in was melted sent off for another one still on $3,400 later, I order a part for my console. Have been waiting on it for 3 months the first one came in was melted sent off for another one, still waiting to date. No call on when it would be in or nothing. I guess you all think I just have money to give away. Do any one do follow up work.??? More

The service was excellent. I brought in my 2024 Denali Ultimate Sierra 1500 for the first oil change. Lied. Break of contract. Lawsuit possible promised on contract to repair vehicle was told to bring it down the Tuesday after we bought it. They would fill Break of contract. They would fill our tank up with diesel and fix the vehicle that day and send us on our way the service department when my son got there. Wanted to keep the vehicle for two weeks refused to fix the vehicle and told him he could go home and go back to Baton Rouge where he came from and get somebody up here to fix it and they did not fill up his tank with diesel and on the way home ran out of diesel on interstate and was stranded over three hours and had to call the police department and DOTD to help him. I am a fuming mother . This is 100% break of contract when I drive 2 1/2 three hours to go down there to get the truck or to get it fixed and you promised me you’re gonna fill my take up and repair the vehicle or the sale will not go through, but obviously they push the cell through anyway Without honoring the full contract as they were written, I would expect a phone call from corporate because I’m really really on the verge of going to see my lawyer over this More

15 words is not even close to what I could say about this dealership! To start with Vincent Clark is a treasure for the gm company. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating that I was taken aback. In a 10 m dealership! To start with Vincent Clark is a treasure for the gm company. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating that I was taken aback. In a 10 min conversation he had given me the phone number for a free tow from gmc, had my part looked up and put in his hand and had me put in the computer so that when I got there I would be ready to go. The other dealership I was dealing with in 3 different calls couldn't even help me. I have broken up with that dealership because how amazing Vincent was. Then when I got to the dealership I met Vincent and also met Patrick who is the service manager. Patrick was very personable and a joy to talk to. I can see the commrodary between the 3 service attendants that greeted me when I walked in. They operate like a family. I believe that this is centered around Patrick's leadership. Gm should be proud to have a service department like this in there company!!!! More
