NO HELP AT ALL-I want to start this review off by saying I have been a customer of Braman Honda for a while now - so far I have had 5 Honda's from them and never really had an issue. I lease a 2023 HR-V unf I have been a customer of Braman Honda for a while now - so far I have had 5 Honda's from them and never really had an issue. I lease a 2023 HR-V unfortunately due to no fault of mine the back windshield shattered when my daughter shut her door. There must have been a defect in the glass? Either way went through my ins for a rental. This was given to us for 30 days. The glass is on backorder and we haven't drove this car since 12/10/22. Now were being told that the glass will not be in stock until 2/24/23. I have run out of the rental and Braman has done nothing to help us - all they say is we don't offer rentals because it is not our fault. Well its not mine either, now I will be with out a car for 90 days. Braman has not offered us any solution or assistance with another car, no loaners are given out anymore nor will they put you in a rental until the glass comes in. Today my daughter went to get something from the car. She spoke with Vada our service tech who crossed her arms and blinked like a Jeanie in a bottle and made a joke about how she wished she could help me BUT because it wasn't her fault the glass broke ( nor ours ) she wasn't able to help because the service techs have to pay for the rentals themselves. You would think that they would offer me a used car on the lot to drive since I LEASE from them.....no solution offered by anyone. We spoke with several managers nothing - I actually received a call from David to wish me a happy Birthday and asked if there was anything he could do for me - Well since you asked I need a CAR my daughter and I share a car and both work 50-60 hours and are trying to make on car work. Again I will be without a car for 90 DAYS. David said he would see what he could do and call me back but again, I am disappointed. He NEVER called back. If this is how they treat their customers who need help - I will not buy/lease another car from them again....be aware they only help when it is to put you in a car but have an issue and there is NOTHING that they will do but be rude ( the service ppl today ) and cross their arms and mock you. I HATE TO SAY HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT..........the only thing I have gotten help with so far is the finance co who after much convincing deferred ONE car payment for being without a car for 90 DAYS- More

Overall, the experience was lovely. Veda was welcoming and professional. Being able to book the appointment and pay online was also convenient. The service was completed in the time estimate given. My only reason for giving four stars is that my car was not vacuumed or wiped down inside or rinsed off on the outside. It used to be that when my car was serviced, it was returned cleaned up a bit. That was always nice and made it feel like “serviced” rather than just getting an oil change. More
