Vada Fernandez is exceptional. I have NEVER had such a positive experience at a dealer service department in my life. She treated us like living people. She didn't just process us. She was able to accommodate travel for us to a local restaurant so we could get lunch while we waited for our vehicle so we didn't have to wait around the dealership. I absolutely hate to do that. I have to admit that my experience with Braman's Honda Service Department has been "inconsistent" in the past but I will actually look forward to my next appointment. Incidentally, the Sales Department at Braman Honda has always been our favorite. More
