However, Vadim's approach was refreshing, and we're genuinely pleased with both the buying and service experience. Replacing a car is a significant task, and while it's unlikely we'll need to do it again for another seven years, I'm grateful to have it checked off the to-do list, thanks to Vadim and the team at Herb Chambers Volvo. Superb customer service from Vadim Khazhinsky! I have been buying cars for nearly 25 years, and I often find that I am far more knowledgible about the cars I am shopping than the sales staff. They usually know half as much as I do about the car (and are only interested in a sale rather than customer experience). I am VERY impressed with the customer service that I received with my recent purchase. I had my sights on a very limited edition car, and I had already done extensive research on the vehicle before I contacted the dealership. When I arrived, Vadim was eager to show me the vehicle and to explain the features and special features on this particular vehicle. The XC90 Excellence model is an absolutely over-the-top version of the SUV, and Vadim was so enthusiastic to go over the special details and features, and knew everything about the SUV. Both of our levels of excitement about the vehicle made it a pleasure to work with Vadim on the purchase. To work with a salesman who knew SO much about a car and was authentically excited to show it off was a breath of fresh air. Absolutely THE BEST salesman I have EVER bought a car from! More
