Awesome experience and I didn't even buy a Mercedes Vadim was exceptional. I did not go there to buy a Mercedes, but to buy a Highlander that had been turned in for a Mercedes. I felt I was still trea Vadim was exceptional. I did not go there to buy a Mercedes, but to buy a Highlander that had been turned in for a Mercedes. I felt I was still treated with the same level of care and respect as anyone else. No high pressure tactics; it was a straightforward and easy experience. If you're looking for a Mercedes (or a trade-in), I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta. More

Wonderful experience with RBM of Alpharetta Car buying can be a stressful experience for many people- finding the right car, make, model, and the trim with all the futures wanted. But RBM of Alp Car buying can be a stressful experience for many people- finding the right car, make, model, and the trim with all the futures wanted. But RBM of Alpharetta made that process, especially our salesman Vadim Russu made that process effortless. He did not make the process stressful but in fact made that process fun loving and showed us the cars that would meet our requirements and also explained all the features of the car and the differences with other cars. Vadim was highly knowledgable and helpful. I would happily return to RBM of Alpharetta and Vadim Russu to buy another car. They will never push you to buy a car like other shady salesman do, but instead ask you to make an informed decision. RBM of Alpharetta has been extremely helpful with their wholesome inventory of cars and I would like to go back to them for a wonderful car buying experience. More

I was very impressed with his incredible depth of product knowledge regarding Mercedes models and his genuine interest in meeting and exceeding his customer’s expectations. His pleasant personality and his thorough attention to detail throughout the process, from the test drive to the purchase, resulted in a truly enjoyable car buying experience for me. Special thanks also go to Sharon Thompson, the amazing Financial Services Manager, who helped me navigate the intricacies of my trade-in and purchase paperwork, with excellent advice regarding extended warranties as well. Last but definitely not least, Product Concierge Diane Evans was beyond awesome in her flawless presentation of all the features in this stunning E-300! She is an exceptional instructor. She clearly demonstrated the many technology systems and performance features in an easy-to-understand manner. Everyone at RBM of Alpharetta was genuinely dedicated to providing excellent customer service throughout this process, from initial window shopping of their vast array of cars to the final presentation of my new car keys to me. My experience with RBM of Alpharetta was perfect from start to finish. I called trying to find any GLE 450 to test drive, and an hour later Kagan Scott called me back to say that a GLE 450 in my preferre start to finish. I called trying to find any GLE 450 to test drive, and an hour later Kagan Scott called me back to say that a GLE 450 in my preferred color combination had just come in. Once there I was greeted by Kagan and then was introduced to Vadim Russu who took me through my test drive. Vadim was so friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the car. I decided to buy the car at around 4:30 and I was out the door by 6:00, as Vadim promised, so I could make a dinner engagement. He and Kagan worked as a team to get the deal closed, paperwork done and me out the door in record time. Such a different experience from previous car purchases at other dealerships. This was my first time buying from RBM of Alpharetta, but it won’t be my last. Vadim toured me around the showroom and service department before we left. It’s a beautiful dealership. But what makes it so great is the people who work there. Thank you Kagan, Vadim, Tom and Diane for making buying my beautiful GLE 450 such a positive experience. More
