However, I took a chance and found a Mercedes in immaculate condition online with RBM. I live in Columbia, SC and several things made me drive seven hours round trip. First, the dealership rating on several reputable sites was incredible with very impressive comments from folks. And Vadim (my sales rep) was professional and made the overall experience very satisfying. Once there, I was treated exactly the way I would expect - professionally and with great care. The dealership was immaculate, the management team met with me and took the time to say hello. If in the market again, RBM of Alpharetta would be my first choice even though I am over 225 miles away.
