We purchased a pre-owned vehicle here, we received only one Key FOB, and if we want a spare, we have to pay out of pocket to get one done. A couple of days later in the week, I went to the dealership and asked Michael, the salesperson and he stated that on pre-owned vehicle only 1 key and the extra missing accessories I would have to pay extra for that! If you stop at this place, and want to buy a pre owned vehicle, please check it thoroughly! They’re very courteous while they’re helping you find a vehicle, but after you have purchase it, they are rude! They won’t help you anymore. More

I had the most positive experience at San Leandro CDJR. Weng was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase.
