He knows the details of the car in/out and can guide us the best possible approach to take. After taking a week to make a decision, on a day when both Richard and Amanda were out, we got connected to Sal and his manager Val. A few minutes of discussing with them, you can see the depth of knowledge they have on the process, their ability to go the extra mile to support you and wonderful folks. Every single person we dealt with at this dealership was amazing, friendly and very helpful. Glad we made the decision to make the purchase at this dealership. This was old school US Marine Corps Veteran. But I will say this about Val. He went above & beyond in helping me in 2017-18 get into a Jeep Patriot. This was with a credit score at that time of 480 yes 480 and he got me in a vehicle. I spent two weeks back then on a bicycle riding up and down the two hwy in San Jose to every dealer and ALL said NO. He saved my xxx back then this is why I have located him at a new dealership and will buy from him again. By the way the Jeep I bought for $11,000k I sold it during Covid-19 to Carvana for $19,500 .. thanks Val More
