I have dealt with various dealerships in the bay area, this one was definitely my least favorite. Was not educated enough about the different trims, and found out huge differences after purchasing my vehi this one was definitely my least favorite. No internal coordination between the staff which gave me an unprofessional image. I was planning on getting a truck as well but will most likely find another RAM dealership. The person that entered my information in the office inside (I think Alex?) was very professional and apologized about the bad experience that we had. Overall, I'm unsatisfied and if was educated about the different trims, would have definitely walked out with a higher trim vehicle. More

Kale is an excellent car dealer. He is very intelligent and has exceptional people skills that I would one day like to attain.
