We ended up waiting over an hour to see the one finance guy. I picked up the vehicle another day. I'm not sure why they asked when I'd get there -- the car wasn't ready for almost two hours after that time. Overall it's been a decent experience. The folks were attentive and easy to work with. Easy, Breezy, Done Deal I did not think that I would be able to get a car from dodge but I thought I’d try. From the time that Tish called me about my online inquiry to the I did not think that I would be able to get a car from dodge but I thought I’d try. From the time that Tish called me about my online inquiry to the time I sat down with Antonio I felt no pressure with attempting to get a new car. Despite my doubts Tish assured me that Antonio would take care of me. And Antonio assured me that I would be leaving with a car. I thought to myself yeah right I’ve heard this before from other dealers and I left as I came on foot lol. But Antonio and the sales manager Val worked really hard to get me a deal. The head honcho Of the sales department I forgot his name even came to greet me and assure me that they will take care of me. I have never met a bunch of Car Salesmen that were so sure of themselves until I met the salesman at Dodge San Leandro. When Antonio advised me that everything went through I didn’t believe him I was in shock I just knew it was some bad news that came with it but no only good news. I have challenged credit but I got the best interest rate and down payment that I’ve ever had in my life! I also got the car I wanted with the Blacktop package included. Wow just wow these people are amazing and they are not just looking to get a sale they wanted to make sure they took care of me and that I was happy and I was. Ideas also worked hard to get me a good interest rate and he explained all of my numbers in detail he is awesome and caring as well. Thanks to Antonio I now own a 2019 Charger GT Blacktop. I will definitely be making a social media post to shout Out San Leandro Dodge! I will be sending over my family and friends as well! Awesome team and they all work as one I couldn’t have had a better experience. More
