I got a nail in my tire friday afternoon. I brought it by and the place was slamming on friday afternoon. Did they make me wait? nope. Lorena took a picture of the damage and sent me on my way. They did not have my tire but my service advisor valentin moved heaven and earth to get me a replacement the next morning and got it swapped out quickly for a minimal cost (thank you tire insurance!). Great job and Great hustle mercedes benz coral gables! These guys are serious about customer service. I will not take my car anywhere else. More
