I got a nail in my tire friday afternoon. I brought it by and the place was slamming on friday afternoon. Did they make me wait? nope. Lorena took a picture of the damage and sent me on my way. She got the pics to Valentin who got the paperwork started. They did not have my tire but my service advisor valentin moved heaven and earth to get me a replacement the next morning and got it swapped out quickly for a minimal cost (thank you tire insurance!). Great job and Great hustle mercedes benz coral gables! These guys are serious about customer service. I will not take my car anywhere else. More
