My service experience was overall good, even I got a little bit earlier than my appointment, beginning with the valet parking attendant that was very courteous, the people inside the lobby where friendl little bit earlier than my appointment, beginning with the valet parking attendant that was very courteous, the people inside the lobby where friendly and the service advisor also was very professional explaining the campaign for my car recall issue, also the provided assistance with the ride to my work place and back to dealer was a pleasant experience. Everyone was doing their best to accomplish the task of getting a customer a good level of service. Management seems to have also good logistics for their 5 stars service commitment. Thank you all!
