Velentino was great! He searched his inventory and found us the first available truck that had the specs we wanted, and the color was our 2nd choice so we went ahead and He searched his inventory and found us the first available truck that had the specs we wanted, and the color was our 2nd choice so we went ahead and put a deposit on the truck. We were told it would be about 2 weeks before the truck was on the lot. About 2 weeks later he called and said that he is still waiting for the truck to arrive, but he was able to find the exact same truck arriving today, but the color was our 1st choice! Apparently the original person the truck was ordered for had to back out of the deal. I was pretty impressed that he remembered what color we were looking for, and kept his eye out for one. We were stoked. We are from another state, so Valentino sent over all of the paperwork for us to sign. I signed it and we drove to AZ to pick up the truck. Upon our arrival Valentino had the truck ready to go. We signed a few title papers and were on our way (the entire process took about 15 minutes including our test drive). Valentino was an absolute stud! I really like the way this dealership operates as well. No hidden charges. Pricing up front. The sales people are finance managers also, so there is no back and forth. This is the way car buying should be. More
