It was six months ago and I really wanted to trade in my used 2013 Ford Focus for a Hybrid ren This review is in reference to my car dealer "Valarie". It was six months ago and I really wanted to trade in my used 2013 Ford Focus for a Hybrid rental. I thought my credit was clear of bankruptcy was over, but because of my inexperience in the matter I was not. I also had a bad day, which left me a wounded crying mess in Valarie's office.The thing I noticed was that Valarie seemed to stay focused and concerned to my pain and the reasons why I was in financial straights. I cried and Valarie told me that she was going to keep in touch with me and she was going to get me in a new car. I left 45 mins later. August 7th was my birthday, my phone rang and it was Valarie! I was completely surprised and happy that she called me on this happy day. On August 24th I was sitting at my desk at work and not expecting anything good because I am still recovering from a horrific fall. Valarie phoned me ashed me a couple of questions the next thing I know, it's 4 o'clock and I am heading to Sanders Ford on Lejeune Blvd. Incredibly enough, we went for a test drive in my BRAND NEW RUBY RED FORD FUSION!!!! WHEN WE GOT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, I RANG THE COW BELLS AND WAITED FOR MY 2017 TO COME TO ME AT THE FRONT OF THE DEALERSHIP. I AM STILL OVER THE SOLAR ECLIPSE DUE TO THIS SPECIAL MOMENT. I grew up poor and everything i ever owned was a hand me down, but not my "RUBY RED". That's her name and i am going to buy my daughters car from Valarie and will always be a FORD WOMAN, BECAUSE VALARIE SAID, " I'M GOING TO KEEP UP WITH YOU AND WE ARE GOING TO BUY YOU A NEW CAR RHONDA! VALARIE IS TRUTHFUL, HONEST AND LOVES HER JOB! THIS IS WHY I WILL ALWAYS BE A FORD WOMAN AND BUY MY NEXT CAR FROM VALARIE! VALARIE DESERVES A REWARD FOR HER POSITIVE ENERGY AND STICKS TO HER WORD. Because I hadn't intended on purchasing a new vehicle that day, I had a lot to think about between the cost, features, and plans to add. I never once felt rushed by Valeri or Mykola to speed up my decision. They showed me all of my options and let me compare different price points. They both spent large portions of their day with me and I really appreciated that they let me take my time in decision making.
