Had a very good car buying experience at Kelly Ford. We purchased a slightly used Nissan Rogue from Kelly. Our sales person, Valerie, was great. Within 10 minutes we had a deal done. Within a few days, we noticed a minor problem. Both Valerie and Clayton were very cooperative in getting our vehicle serviced. Although it took two tries, we were able to get the problem taken care of. Everyone we met (including one of the owners) at Kelly Ford was focused on customer satisfaction. Our experience was a very positive one. More

I'm pretty picky, but everyone with whom I interacted seemed determined to meet my needs and make sure I was happy with my experience. Would definitely recommend this Ford dealership. More

Valerie is extremely friendly and helpful! She was patient and calm when I told her I needed a few days to decide after showing me 3 different vehicles and pricing them out.
