Vance Gaut was great in helping me find what I wanted. The rest of the experience was not as great. When I first saw the car, I was told they had received it as a trade in and had not yet detailed or cl The rest of the experience was not as great. When I first saw the car, I was told they had received it as a trade in and had not yet detailed or cleaned it. I was ok with that and took it for a test drive. Fell in love with it minus the EXTREME cigarette smoke smell. I was told the ozone treatment gets rid of it. Almost two weeks later I finally got to go get the new car. Several delays including the previous owner’s financing not being finalized for a week. Then the delays of it not being out of service or finished by the times it was promised. All out of control of the salesman but still reflects poorly on the dealership and timeliness of transactions. Once I finally got the call it was ready, I scheduled a time to come pick it up. It had been detailed and the ozone treatment completed. I waited over 1.5 hours to sign papers, having scheduled a time with Vance to come finalize things. I had my roommates 2 year old with me which did not help with the long wait time. The car did smell better and was clean but the smoke smell is still very much there which is very frustrating. This was a gift from my dad that wired the money in after I received the vehicle. I have requested a final bill of sale and still have not received it other than a cropped screen shot showing the wire of funds was received. Once home, I have found trash under both the front seats including a rotten baby bottle that when I first saw the vehicle was in the back passenger door. Disappointed in the quality of service and cleanliness of my new vehicle. I’ve already spent in 2 days over $200 in treatments to help with the smoke smell with minimal improvements. Please be honest regarding ozone treatments. The cleanliness of the vehicle especially under the seats needs to be double checked before your detail crew is done with a vehicle and it is given to the new owner. More
