One thing I learned early in the car business is the harder you push someone the faster they will go out the door, so I believe in treating every customer as though they are family. I have a goal each month, each year, and most importantly something I strive for every day. Vance gave me an amazing experience. He was not pushy at all, very cheerful, happy personality, but most importantly he made the car buying process very simple. I had a really good experience shopping online, something I’ve never had to do when purchasing a new vehicle. But due to the covid-19, I didn’t have much of a choice.
