Drove my new car home & I noticed a chip. Took it back the next day & was told I probably did it leaving the lot. Drove it home & the revise camera stopped working. Went back the next day & was told if I the next day & was told I probably did it leaving the lot. Drove it home & the revise camera stopped working. Went back the next day & was told if I had it there by 7 am (which I did) it'd take couple hours. Sat in lobby until 11:30. My brother died of Covid so I left for Harrison, Ar & the engine light came on. It's now in the shop having parts ordered & replaced & I've had my new car less than 2 weeks. And oh, was told every time i'd get a car wash & fill up of gas. Gas pump wasn't working & car wash was out of order. And the windshield is cracked. I've heard of folks getting a lemon & now I know how that feels. More

She was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She contacted me on Thursday and I bought the car on Friday. My father was the fleet/lease manager for 32 years prior to his death, so I know how the car buying experience should work and Vanessa knocked it out of the park.
