They seemed a little understaffed on the Saturday I was in. One person stood out but I forget her name. They did work hard to get my oil changed and the recall handled while I waited. Staff was very helpful and stated in touch during the process. My only comment would be with the oil change. I assumed that the fluids would be topped off since that is included at other oil change place process. My only comment would be with the oil change. It’s easy for a large car dealer to be gracious and courteous when things are going smoothly, but the I believe the true measure of a dealership is when things go awry. I brought my RDX into Courtesy A courteous when things are going smoothly, but the I believe the true measure of a dealership is when things go awry. I brought my RDX into Courtesy Acura for an oil change. It was found that the timing belt replacement was 10 months overdue and the tensioner was leaking. Courtesy gave me an overnight loaner and I picked up the car the next day. Strangely, I smelled coolant when I parked in my garage and lifted the hood. The odor was stronger, and additionally the engine cover had been damaged in several places. I phoned the service manager and he (embarrassed and apologetic) had me return the RDX for an inspection (which remedied the coolant issue) and a new engine cover replacement part. I appreciate Chris Z’s efforts to make things right and will certain bring the RDX back to Courtesy Acura for future service needs. More
