Kept my money that should have been refunded. If I didnt follow up, CONTINUALLY, I would have NEVER gotten it!! 😞 Took off a few days from work for them to fix parts. Eeven when it was told to me, to come in, they'll fix it, they weren't ordere nor did the service department know. Now today,, after being a loyal customer for 7 YEARS, they didn't trust the consumer when the service guy Eric V should have done his job. Having me sit in my car as if my word wasn't bond, is unacceptable. This place might look better on the 'outside" but on the "inside" I WOULDN'T TRUST ANYTHING OR ANYONE AT CROWN. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!! I KNOW I WILL BE!!!!💯💯 More

Anthony Nieves was right there to help, even after the sale. The service department was unable to patch the leak in my tire because of the position of the puncture being too close to the sidewall.
