Friday. 2/28/26 this morning. “ aka “ Joe was knowledgeable, honest, courteous, and respectful—everything you hope for when buying a car. We realized we both grew up in the valley, and it felt like reconnecting with someone you’ve known forever. Joe’s professionalism and integrity made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I want to sincerely thank him and give him the recognition he deserves—anyone who works with him is in excellent hands. GM Brian reminded me of my late father (rest in peace)…my father was in the Navy. And I did not connect with until later on in my life. Although we did not purchase the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe loaded gun medal gray with our color, it was a little over our budget. Of course I knew Joe was going to sell it today 2/28/26 and he did congratulations Joe. Please be patient …with Joe’s expertise. He’s top-notch, but he will get back to you as soon as he finishes with his current customer. Five stars all the way! Kelly L More
Finance manager and finance director VIOLATED UDAAP (Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices), which includes an additional element of "abusive" practices. They said VTR (car theft) is mandator (Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices), which includes an additional element of "abusive" practices. They said VTR (car theft) is mandatory and obligated on all cars and would not remove from contract. We believed them and signed. After reviewing singed paper for the VTR we noticed they added VRG an additional theft protection! Both VTR & VRGs contract paper stated in bold lettering: "its NOT a requirement for the purchase or financing of a covered vehicle". At minimum the finance director agreed to the violation of UDAAP by confirming that his finance manager added extra charges to original agreement and refunded part of it. We feel scammed and defrauded! Not okay! More

I spoke with roughly ten dealerships in CA, AZ, and NV when shopping for a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Plug-in hybrid; I chose to go with Chapman for a few reasons, one of which was their excellent service. I had when shopping for a 2025 Hyundai Tucson Plug-in hybrid; I chose to go with Chapman for a few reasons, one of which was their excellent service. I had submitted an online inquiry and many places would call during the day, but I received my first call from Souzane at around 8:45 pm. That’s dedication! I told her exactly what I wanted, and she called me back the next morning. Within 48 hours and without having to step foot in the store, they negotiated a reasonable deal with me - one that had another California dealership telling me to hop on a plane and go to AZ since that deal was “impossible” to get. Souzane maintained excellent communication throughout the process, looping in the manager Brian as needed, who was also very patient answering my questions. They even offered additional savings as we continued talks. I felt harassed by other dealerships, many of whom had terrible follow-up, insisted that I come to their store instead of making a deal by phone, and tried to gaslight me regarding their prices when I had very clear numbers on value, taxes, and fees. Chapman was a total breeze - no xx, just getting you the product you want at a reasonable rate. No wasting your valuable time. Souzane was amazing on the day of sale, and I had papers signed and was out of the lot in one hour. She knew the vehicle (other salespeople I met were far less competent), set me up with the digital program, and explained all the features in great detail. Her and Brian got my vehicle fully charged up for the ride home, and were very accommodating throughout. I made this purchase from out of state and could not recommend this dealership more, especially Souzane! More

I contacted Chapman Hyundai on Bell Rd in Phoenix, AZ regarding a car for sale posted online. A salesman responded immediately: BRANDON ABBASI. He was awesome! He was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and professional. After reviewing several different cars available, he narrowed it down to just the right one. He put everything together smoothly. Throughout the transaction, he responded immediately to my calls and texts. No glitches, no hiccups, no problems along the way. Brandon helped transform a very traumatic car accident experience into something absolutely wonderful. I nominate him for “Salesman of the Year”. :) More

I am a 51 year old disabled women. I don't have the stamina to keep going back again and again to a dealership that has absolutely no desire to do what's right and honor the Hyundai li I don't have the stamina to keep going back again and again to a dealership that has absolutely no desire to do what's right and honor the Hyundai lifetime engine replacement for the Theta 2 engine failure. My car went into limp mode twice on 1-17 immediately causing the rpms to drop. The second time, I had just left and I was 5 miles from Chapman. After my 3rd trip to the service department, because of faulty work with misplaced parts, Chapman has left me in an unsafe position, with a potentially dangerous car that has a known engine issue which causes ultimate total engine failure. More
