I would prefer to believe that they are just inept and incompetent rather than liars and cheaters. But I may be wrong.. I was given incorrect information that affected my purchase, regarding the andvertis incompetent rather than liars and cheaters. But I may be wrong.. I was given incorrect information that affected my purchase, regarding the andvertised interest rate. Secondly, I was told that my deposit check (to hold the car for 4 hours) was not cashed and would be shredded. I only found out by accident the following morning that that check had indeed been cashed when I went to make another withdrawal on that account and the funds were missing. Although I did purchase the vehicle, those funds were never applied to the transaction either. Only after I brought it to the attention of management, I received a call back from finance telling me they would request reimbursement and stay right on it to ensure it came back quickly. Tomorrow will be one week, and I have not heard again from the dealership and the money has not yet been returned. I had to make my own effort to find where the reimbursement would come from, only to be told that it is “processing” But still no apologies or concern from the dealership.. More

I felt completely comfortable that they were giving me the best deal possible. I was treated with courtesy throughout the entire process and I love my new Subaru Forester. Vegas listened carefully to what I needed in a car and how it would fit into my budget. No one tried to upsell or pressure me into something I wasn’t comfortable with. The entire team was friendly and made the process so easy. I would definitely recommend Villages Subaru to anyone looking for a new car.
