Excellent service from beginning to end! I inquired on a car via CarFax and that is when I met Velko. From the emails I felt comfortable with his service. He even sent me a live video of the car without ask car via CarFax and that is when I met Velko. From the emails I felt comfortable with his service. velko was outstanding! This was the BEST car buying experience we have ever had by far! We found a car online, he was quick to respond to us! He had our appraisal on our Durango done before we got back from our test drive. He made the trade in SO easy and had us BELOW what we wanted out the door on his first “offer” to us and still got us down a little more on the price! We drove off the lot in two hours from arrival. 10/10 if you need a vehicle Velko is your man! We’ve already talked about coming back to him when I go get my vehicle after I’m done with school as my gift to myself 😂 on top of velko being awesome, everyone at this dealership were so welcoming And no one was pushy!
