Above and Beyond! My wife and I are both in sales and have had many poor experiences with sales people who don't listen or work to meet our needs as a customer. Velko My wife and I are both in sales and have had many poor experiences with sales people who don't listen or work to meet our needs as a customer. Velko listened, remembered what we told him was attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to get us what we wanted. He ran all over the lot to locate the vehicles in which we were interested. He helped us every step of the way, right down to orientation and cleaning out our trade in. He even met us on Sunday, his day off, to allow us to drop off our second trade-in. We would HIGHLY recommend that you ask for Velko!! More

His ability to connect and show you that he genuinely cares about you was awesome! Velco and I had been working on a deal for about a month now due to the fact that I live out of town. I was finally able to make the trip down to test drive the cars and he was professional and well organized with everything I needed. After my first test drive he could tell that I wanted more out of the car so he immediately worked on a solution. Velco was not once made me feel rushed or ever try and push an agenda on me and for that I appreciate him. He worked tirelessly to get me the car I wanted for the price I needed and he succeeded. Thanks Velco!! COYG! 😉 More

Great first Infiniti experience! I had never owned an Infiniti before, so I was really nervous and overwhelmed with all the choices and models. Velko was amazing. I felt zero pressure I had never owned an Infiniti before, so I was really nervous and overwhelmed with all the choices and models. Velko was amazing. I felt zero pressure, he took me out for a drive in each of the different models, and he answered every question about every button and feature with complete confidence and expertise. I didn’t feel even slightly rushed at any time. He listened to me carefully and when we found the right one, he knew it was going to be the one before I even got in it because he had pinpointed exactly what I was looking for. I am so excited about my new car! Really fantastic experience, the inventory is unbelievable and Velko made every part of the process not only painless, but actually fun and really pleasant. Pricing was extremely fair, no haggling, no unnecessary back and forth, and every cost was clearly explained. Stellar experience from walk in to walk out! More
