We had a very good experience buying a new Honda Odyssey at Martin Honda. Our salesman Vernon was very honest and patient. Vernon and the sales manager were also very patient with us as we had to bring our at Martin Honda. Our salesman Vernon was very honest and patient. Vernon and the sales manager were also very patient with us as we had to bring our 2 young children while finalizing the sale. They even added our car to our insurance for us! Overall very good experience. More

Vernon was fantastic. Did a great job of listening to my needs and finding the car and price I needed. Vernon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the vehicles I was interested in. He did not try to push any one vehicle and answered any questions that were brought up. My experience with Martin Honda was excellent, very satisfying in every way. Vernon McCloud especially served both me and the dealership well. From the moment I walked in and he held the door with a wa satisfying in every way. Vernon McCloud especially served both me and the dealership well. From the moment I walked in and he held the door with a warm smile, I sensed someone who wanted the best for me as well as giving good service as a professional. His courtesy and sense of humor established a solid relationship. He answered all my questions with clarity and forthrightness and I felt I could trust everything he said. When I was ready to make my purchase he negotiated with me in such a way that we were able to agree even though we started from different positions. Just before I said goodbye and stepped into my new Ridgeline, it was all I could do to keep from giving him a hearty handshake in this age of Covid. Martin Dealership and the Honda company are fortunate to have this man on their staff. I'll be back! (Hopefully not before many years of driving in my new truck.) More
