We have always had excellent care and service from Honda. We have purchased 5 vehicles from Honda since 1987. Bruce Blake was an outstanding rep to work with. And we miss him. That being said, Mark Tribua We have purchased 5 vehicles from Honda since 1987. Bruce Blake was an outstanding rep to work with. And we miss him. That being said, Mark Tribuani seems to be following in his shoes. I know whenever I have an issue with anything (as Mark told me) I am to contact him and he will make things right. I look forward to more pleasant experiences using my Honda and working with the staff. Including John Bosch in the service department. More

Salesman was very good, no issued there. The main issue is the Dealerships "Market Adjustment" of $1995 that was added over and above MSRP which I feel is predatory and unethical. Overall great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were ushered quickly through the stations from sales to insurance update to financing. A painless process for purchasing a vehicle. Martin Honda dealership had me test drive, go over figures and driving a new car quicker than expected. My salesperson and everyone else at the dealership were very nice, and I'd buy from here again. That being said... I thought the whole car buying experience would have been better/quicker than the last tim very nice, and I'd buy from here again. That being said... I thought the whole car buying experience would have been better/quicker than the last time I bought a new car from here nearly 10 years ago. They tried to undercut me on my trade in, in so much as telling me that the KBB link on their OWN website isn't accurate..but when I showed them what it indicated versus what webuyanycar and carvana offered, they gave me the minimum I was willing to take. I then found out they took my trade and marked it up $10k on their pre-owned lot. I then purchased accessories for the dealer to put on. One of them was a clear sticker/cling thing to put around the door handles so that the paint doesn't get scratched by keys/jewelry. They had to redo the driver side door three times because they kept getting air bubbles in it. I was very happy they got it right, but was disappointed that their first go at it looked something I might do....not by a professional that I'm paying money to do. Also, on the date of delivery, I was told we would be done in an hour...I knew the past that would be a severe understatement, but I had hope things had changed as I didn't need to test drive the car, just to sign all the paperwork. We were still there nearly 3 hours. These things may sound nitpicky, and I still like the dealership and will go back there again. I just had hoped the "experience" and efficiency would have gotten better, especially for someone who had done their homework, knew what their trade was worth and knew what they wanted. More
