Vernon was a pleasure to work with. He had everything ready when I arrived. I am very happy with my new Kia. However, I did want to let you know that a management level employee (I believe) was yelling ready when I arrived. I am very happy with my new Kia. However, I did want to let you know that a management level employee (I believe) was yelling at 2 other employees when I was waiting to go in the finance office. I think he should have waited to discipline the employees after I was gone or moved to a different part of the building so the customers would not be able to hear. More
