Buying experience overall was great but the finance department could use some help. Didn’t get my documents till almost two weeks after I took delivery and had to call multiple times to get them. All I department could use some help. Didn’t get my documents till almost two weeks after I took delivery and had to call multiple times to get them. All I left the dealership with was my keys, and the registration, no signed paperwork. More
