This was not a standard purchase—it required locating an exact build, coordinating a dealer swap, managing tight timelines, and maintaining clear communication throughout. Veronica was outstanding from start to finish. She was consistently responsive, organized, and transparent, serving as the primary point of contact and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. From confirming the vehicle was located and secured, to coordinating the swap, to keeping prep and delivery timing on track, Veronica communicated clearly at every stage. Her professionalism and attention to detail made it easy to move forward with confidence, even while other BMW dealers were actively competing for the same vehicle.
