Greetings Mr Player, Thank you for your reply and consideration to my plea through my frustration. I believe I have been more than patient and reasonable waiting for a response from Larry Miller to have my windshield replaced. I know both the Service Manager and General Manager recently quit and I believe I have enough time for a new one to come in and help me, based on what Jeff Lentz have been informing me. Again, I am a very reasonable person but this has gone way out of control. As you read above, I brought my BMW in for an extended warranty claim. After weeks of the prior leadership sitting on it, my car finally got fixed at another dealership due to LMVW not having the tools required and got aligned at LMVW. When Jeff called me in to pick up my vehicle and went to my car, it had a massive crack in the windshield that runs from the rear view mirror to driver and passenger sides in two like two branches. I immediately went inside and called Jeff to show him what had happened. Even he was surprised and proceeded to take pictures of the glass. He told me he was going to reach out to his glass guys on Monday (this was a Friday). The next part of the story is above with dates. Today, I’m still waiting on my glass replacement. Mr. Player, I really pray you are nothing like the prior Service Manager and even less than the GM, and give LR another chance since servicing my vehicle there is very important to me. Something I wanted to add is that Jeff has discouraged me from pursuing requesting the glass replacement and do it through my personal car insurance. I know that it is a response his prior leadership told him to say. Jeff is not like that and, if it were within his power, he would have helped me already. This all happened while my vehicle was in the care, control and custody of LMVW. My information is in the system.
