Shy was a superb technical representative involving the repair of our 2023 Tahoe. Vainly was also very helpful in updating the status of our 2023 Tahoe at each of the previous 5 visits to get the issue wit repair of our 2023 Tahoe. There were numerous excuses given at each visit as to not correcting the noise and the friction/rubbing going on with the steering.
