Easy Peasy I used my credit union's car buying service, and the price out the door was what was promised. No bait and switch like some other area dealers. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Palmer's, and both times it was a good experience. They make it easy, they stand by their word, and they take care of their customers... I pass three other dealerships on the way there, but it's worth the trip. More

Overpriced and not the best customer service They couldn't explain the difference in the two tires I needed to replace the one that got a nail other than the "tread was different". They wanted $4 They couldn't explain the difference in the two tires I needed to replace the one that got a nail other than the "tread was different". They wanted $40+ more than the competition to replace the tire with no added value to persuade me to purchase from them. They also didn't even offer to put the spare on my car before I left even though the nail was causing the tire to deflate quickly. I didn't purchase the car from them so it was obvious they didn't care, but I did need a local place to service the car and after the reception I received, I can guarantee you I will visit Eastern Shore or Pensacola for future issues. When it was time for me to leave, the rep clicked the alarm on the keys to locate my car and pointed halfway across the lot and told me to walk to my car. I couldn't believe it. More

The job was done and in a timely manner Okay oil change I'm tied rotation and a recall issue . so everything that was supposed to do done was taken care of normally when I go to Toyota or Okay oil change I'm tied rotation and a recall issue . so everything that was supposed to do done was taken care of normally when I go to Toyota or even Walmart for oil change they vacuum out the inside of the car and wash the vehicle .I was really surprised that was not done. other than that waiting room is okay not real comfortable but it's okay More

Could have been 5 stars When I first got there, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The first two people I met seemed like they could care less about me. Then, my service advisor When I first got there, I didn’t feel welcomed at all. The first two people I met seemed like they could care less about me. Then, my service advisor showed up and I felt like I mattered. Vicki was awesome!! Then a girl offered me water. The gentleman who retrieved my vehicle when it was time to go was also very friendly. This was my first visit and it should have been five stars. First impressions really do count. More
