This was my first time purchasing a vehicle online "mostly" There were a few items that required a wet signature which made the process not completely online, but overall, mostly online. There were a couple of bumps, but were easily worked out and in the end, I paid an excellent price for my beautiful Snow White Pearl EV6. I think once the kinks are worked out with their online system, it will be an awesome service to everyone. My car was delivered to me as promised during the window promised. The only downside was that I had to peel all of the plastic off inside the car but I suspect they left that for new owners to have enjoyment of "unwrapping" their new car. More

I will never get another vehicle from Miami Lakes Automall again so I never have to deal with their service department. I take my car for an oil change /tire rotation and a recall. Come pick it up an Automall again so I never have to deal with their service department. I take my car for an oil change /tire rotation and a recall. Come pick it up and drive it around. Get home at night and a weird noise and smell is coming from the engine. The tech that worked on my vehicle forgot to put the oil cap back on and oil is completely covering my engine now and underneath my hood. Their service department is the absolute worst! Needless to say, recommend always checking the work that’s done to your vehicle before leaving the dealership so you don’t have to go through the same situation. More
