Drove 7 hours one way to buy a new Lincoln Navigator from Victor Ballesteros and would it do again and again and again. Victor didn’t have exactly what I needed at the time of my initial inquiry but he tried to get the perfect vehicle via another dealer, and eventually, as luck would have it, my exact build arrived at his lot and I had the keys a few days later. He just didn’t stop working for us. Even came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly. He and the dealership were professional, friendly and caring. Everyone there, from Mike the GSM, Michael in Finance, and even the service advisors are absolute professionals. No xxxxxx business. Just fair, reasonable, and reassuring. They wanted us to be perfectly happy. I’ve got dozens of ford and Lincoln dealers between me and Jarrett-Gordon but my first stop in the future when buying a new car will be with Victor and the team in Winter Haven! More
